Early in 2017, Town Council, Staff, Woodstock Enhancement members, and the community worked with Ben Muldrow, Principle at Arnett Muldrow and Associates, to define and create a new vision and position for Woodstock.
A fundamental question that shall be asked before opening your proposed business at a particular location is whether or not that location is zoned for the proposed use.
Woodstock offers refuse and recycling collection to businesses located within the Town limits. The monthly fee is assessed on the utility bill. Businesses can request to sign up or discontinue recycling and refuse service at the beginning of each month.

We are pleased to announce that our first comprehensive Bicycle & Pedestrian Trail Master Plan was adopted by the Town Council on June 4, 2019.
Public Works crews will begin leaf collection throughout Town the week of 11/5. If you have leaves that you would like collected, please place them by the curb and gutter. For large piles of leaves to be collected promptly, please call 540-459-3045.
