Utility Billing

The Town of Woodstock bills residents on a monthly basis for water, sewer, refuse, and recycling. Bills are due and payable by the 15^th of each month. If payment is not received by the 15^th of the month, a 10% late fee will be added. If payment is not made by 9:00 am on the 25^th of the month, service will be disconnected without further notice, and a fee in the amount of $40 will be charged before service is resumed.

Please note that if not paid by 9:00 am on the 25^th of the month, the $40 fee will be charged whether the service is actually disconnected or not. If a customer needs to make special arrangements for payment, please contact the town office.
